Competitive pay:

base $75-$85/hour, with performance incentives up to $25/hour (average hourly rate around $96).

What we're looking for Current, unrestricted Massachusetts NP or PA license. At least six months of clinical experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or another fast-paced setting; strong new graduates considered. Excellent clinical judgment and strong communication skills. A compassionate, patient-centered approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Availability to work every other weekend.
