Exciting opportunity for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about community health medicine! Baltimore Medical System Family Health Center provides high-quality primary care and behavioral health services to a diverse, disadvantaged population including refugee and or/ immigrant families. Must be passionate about community health and working as part of a team. You will see patients of all ages in a spacious, modern outpatient health center located in East Baltimore.



Highlights
