Providers work 12-hour clinical shifts (8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.), typically 3 to 4 shifts per week, totaling approximately 12-14 shifts per month. Urgent care is a fast-paced, dynamic environment that offers a broad spectrum of patient presentations, ranging from acute illness to minor injuries. An active NPI number, DEA registration, and CDS license are required, or the candidate must be in the process of obtaining them. While not required, prior clinical experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, intensive care, or primary care settings-whether as a provider, nurse, or technician-is strongly preferred. We are seeking individuals with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, enthusiastic about urgent care medicine, and open to feedback as part of their ongoing professional development
