Requirements Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner with certification in Psychiatry or Mental Health Nursing from an accredited program. Proficiency with EHR/EHR systems like Epic or Cerner for documentation and patient management. Knowledge of psychopharmacology, including medication administration and monitoring for efficacy and adverse effects. Familiarity with telehealth platforms to provide remote psychiatric care effectively. Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and data security. Ability to perform comprehensive physical examinations, vital signs assessment, and basic life support (BLS) certification is preferred.
