  • Outpatient Oncology/Hematology Location Columbia, MD Employment Type Full-Time, Direct Hire Compensation $125,000
  • $150,000 annually, based on experience Credential Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) About the Opportunity Our client, a well-established, multi-site outpatient oncology and hematology practice serving patients across Maryland, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join their care team at the Columbia, MD location.

This role provides comprehensive outpatient care to oncology and hematology patients in a collaborative, physician-led practice. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care including comprehensive history and physical exams Manage symptom control, side-effect management, and supportive care for patients undergoing active treatment Collaborate with supervising physicians on treatment planning and care coordination Order and interpret diagnostic studies and laboratory results Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and self-care Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record Qualifications Active NP or PA license in the state of Maryland (or eligible to obtain) Master's degree in Nursing (NP) or Physician Assistant Studies Prior oncology or hematology experience preferred, but strong candidates from adjacent specialties are encouraged to apply Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred Strong clinical judgment and comfort working in a fast-paced outpatient setting What's Offered Competitive base salary, commensurate with experience Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with employer contribution Paid time off and holidays CME allowance and paid professional licensure/certification Malpractice coverage provided NurseAmerica is managing this search on behalf of our client.
