We are seeking a full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our interdisciplinary team in Frederick, Maryland. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, integrated psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and young adults through a collaborative, mission-driven model. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician seeking flexibility, strong clinical support, and the ability to make a meaningful impact on patients and families. Schedule & Work Model 40 hours per week 15 hours required during after-school hours (after 4 PM or weekends)

Hybrid:

up to 3 days onsite weekly

Hybrid Structure:

Minimum 10 clinical hours onsite Up to 7 clinical hours conducted remotely Administrative hours completed remotely Flexible scheduling aligned with patient needs Minimum 10 hours during peak "after-school" times (after 4 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends)

Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:

$135,000 - $145,000

Total Earning Potential:

Qualifications:

Master's degree from an accredited nursing program Board certification as a PMHNP (PMHNP-BC) Minimum of 1 year of independent psychiatric experience under licensure Active Maryland

license DEA registration and state prescriptive authority Ability to work onsite for at least 10 clinical hours per week Flexibility to work during after-school hours (after 4 PM ET and/or weekends) Access to reliable technology (personal computer, phone, and high-speed internet)
