Job Description

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) to join our well-established, physician-owned private endocrinology practice in Germantown, Maryland . The practice has served the Germantown community since 2006 and provides comprehensive outpatient endocrinology care. This role is well-suited for an endocrinology APP who values a flexible schedule and the ability to build long-term relationships with patients.
Position Highlights:
100% outpatient endocrinology - no hospital consults or inpatient responsibilities Full-time or part-time schedules available No evenings, weekends, or holidays Collaborative team with strong clinical and administrative support Established patient base and strong community presence
Compensation & Benefits:
Base compensation range: $135,000-$145,000 Generous PTO and paid holidays 401(k) retirement plan with 3% Safe Harbor contribution CME allowance License and DEA reimbursement Malpractice coverage
Qualifications:
Active Maryland license or eligibility to obtain Minimum 1 year of endocrinology experience required Our practice is a proud member of Privia Medical Group, a national physician organization with more than 5,500 providers in multiple states.
