PRIMARY CARE POSITION
Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Full-Time for
Primary Care Position Location:
Maryland (Multiple Rehabilitation Centers)
Schedule:
Flexible We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team and provide high-quality medical care to patients in post-acute and rehabilitation settings. This opportunity is available as either a full-time employed position or independent contractor role, offering flexibility while maintaining consistent patient care. Full-Time Position (W-2) or 1099 (independent Contractor)

Competitive starting salary Bonus opportunities based on performance Two weeks paid vacation Malpractice insurance provided Flexible schedule with autonomy in managing your day Rotation between multiple rehabilitation centers Average patient volume: 15-18 patients per day Supportive, collaborative work environment Responsibilities Provide routine and acute medical care to patients in post-acute and rehabilitation settings Document all patient encounters in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) daily Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity of care- such as Nursing and Physical Therapy Maintain professional, respectful relationships with patients, families, nursing staff, and SNF staff Adhere to facility policies and regulatory requirements Qualifications Active, unrestricted Maryland Nurse Practitioner license Board Certified (Adult, Geriatric, or Family NP preferred) Experience in rehabilitation, long-term care, or geriatrics strongly preferred Strong documentation skills and EHR proficiency Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively If you are passionate about delivering compassionate, high-quality care and value flexibility within a collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply.
