Job Description

A well-established pain management practice in Waldorf/National Harbor, MD is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the clinical team. The position is outpatient-based, collaborative, and focused on comprehensive pain evaluation, treatment, and in-office procedures. Key responsibilities Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic) Perform and assist with in-office pain management procedures Document care and maintain accurate electronic medical records Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team for coordinated patient care Participate in quality improvement and practice protocols Practice highlights Full-time outpatient schedule Collaborative team environment with physician oversight Ability to perform and assist with procedures Established practice with clinical and administrative support Compensation and benefits
Salary:
$120,000-$136,000 Full Medical, Dental, Vision Accidental, Long-Term and Short-Term Disability 401(k) HSA-eligible accounts Minimum requirements Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with national certification Current, unrestricted Maryland license or ability to obtain one Master's degree in Nursing or related field Minimum 1 year of experience in pain management practice Minimum 1 year of EMR experience Minimum 1 year performing in-office procedures DEA license or ability to obtain (as required) ACLS and/or BLS certification (as required by practice)
