Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner Waldorf MD $130,000-$140,000 | Full-Time | No Weekends | Early Fridays | Excellent Benefits We are seeking a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing multidisciplinary medical team. This is a full-time position providing care at our Waldorf and Oxon Hill, MD offices, approximately 30 minutes apart. This is an excellent opportunity for a PA or NP who enjoys helping patients reduce pain, improve function, and get back to a more active lifestyle. We offer a supportive team environment, manageable workload, no weekends, call, or holidays, and office hours that end early on Fridays. What You'll Do Evaluate and manage patients with musculoskeletal and pain conditions Perform patient exams and review medical histories, imaging, and diagnostic studies Develop individualized treatment plans Utilize a multimodal approach to care, including medication management, physical therapy, and bracing when appropriate Review and explain test results with patients Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, medical assistants, and other providers Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program Active Maryland PA or NP license Strong clinical and communication skills Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care Comfortable working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment Compensation & Benefits $130,000-$140,000 annually, depending on experience + Productivity bonus opportunity No weekends | No call or holidays | Early Friday hours Medical, dental, and vision insurance HSA Life and disability insurance 401(k) with match Tuition assistance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Childcare savings through KinderCare Opportunities for professional growth and advancement About Us We are a collaborative multispecialty practice made up of physicians, PA/NPs, physical therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
