Chiropractic care Dry Needling Sports rehabilitation Shockwave therapy Stem Cell therapy PRP and regenerative medicine IV therapy Peptide therapy Functional and wellness-focused care We are seeking a forward-thinking, patient-centered Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) who is passionate about integrative medicine, wellness, longevity, and musculoskeletal care. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and grow a modern, innovative healthcare model alongside an established patient base and strong referral network. Position Overview The ideal candidate is: Passionate about wellness and preventative care Comfortable with patient education and treatment planning Interested in regenerative and functional medicine Excited to collaborate within a multidisciplinary setting This role is ideal for an FNP who wants to move beyond the traditional "insurance sick visit" model and practice more comprehensive, relationship-driven medicine. Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans Provide primary care and wellness-focused services Manage IV therapy, peptide therapy, and regenerative medicine consultations Order and interpret labs and diagnostic testing Educate patients on treatment options, nutrition, lifestyle, and preventative care Collaborate with chiropractors and rehabilitation staff on musculoskeletal cases Support growth of regenerative and wellness programs Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation Participate in team meetings and clinical collaboration Preferred Clinical Interests or Experience Experience in any of the following is highly preferred: Functional medicine Orthopedics or sports medicine Regenerative medicine Hormone optimization Weight loss medicine Peptide therapy IV therapy Joint injections Musculoskeletal care Wellness and longevity medicine Bonus experience includes: PRP exposure Ultrasound-guided injections Shockwave therapy familiarity Integrative medicine certifications Social media/community outreach involvement Qualifications Required Active Maryland Nurse Practitioner license Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification DEA license (or ability to obtain) Strong communication and patient education skills Collaborative and positive attitude Preferred 2+ years clinical experience Experience in private practice, wellness, orthopedic, sports medicine, or functional medicine settings Interest in building long-term patient relationships Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary of $65/hour +Benefits Performance bonus opportunities Flexible scheduling options Professional growth opportunities Collaborative and supportive team environment Opportunity to help shape and expand an innovative integrative medicine program Why Join KCI?
