Position Overview:
You will collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide proven interventions to improve the patient's health and wellness and overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Living the company's Vision, Mission, and Values Patient-centered clinical care— patient exams and evaluations, reviewing diagnostic tests, medication administration, evidence-based report of findings, comprehensive treatment plans, patient education, functional medicine, and trigger point and joint injections Collaboration with other team members on clinical care pathways for patients Gold-standard coding and documentation to ensure compliance with all Federal, state and payer regulations High quality, holistic, evidence-based clinical care delivery

Nationally Certified Nurse Practitioner Current Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in Maryland 2+ years' experience as an NP preferred Demonstrated experience of administering injections is strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to understand and execute new and existing clinical strategies Passion for health and wellness and previous experience practicing in this setting strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to use evidence informed strategies to provide superior clinical care to patients, build our referral base, grow new patients, and maximize brand awareness Effective oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills in order to interact effectively with other members of the team and all levels of management, patients, current and prospective referral sources and the community at large Excellent relationship building skills, time management, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
