Wound Care & Primary Care Location:
Waldorf, MD 20601 (Southern Maryland) - Multi-Site, travel required

We're looking for a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to lead Wound Care services - with Primary Care responsibilities - across our Southern Maryland locations. This is a unique opportunity to combine autonomy, variety, and purpose: healing complex and chronic wounds, managing patients' broader health needs, and supporting a population that truly needs your expertise. This is a fast-paced, multi-site role requiring flexibility, strong clinical judgment, and comfort managing a wound care caseload independently. Candidates must be comfortable traveling between Southern Maryland locations. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive wound assessments and develop evidence-based treatment and healing plans Perform wound care procedures within NP scope of practice (debridement, wound VAC management, suturing, etc. as applicable) Provide primary care services, including diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions Prescribe medications and order/interpret diagnostic tests as clinically indicated Collaborate with Medical Directors, Operations Managers, and clinical staff across sites Maintain accurate, timely wound care documentation in the EMR system Travel between Southern Maryland sites as scheduling requires Qualifications Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license (Maryland) Wound care experience/certification required (WCC, CWCN, CWS, or similar) Active DEA registration and prescriptive authority Primary care experience preferred Current CPR/BLS certification Skills & Competencies Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently in wound care Adaptability across a fast-paced, multi-site environment Excellent communication and patient-care skills Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between Southern Maryland sites Strong documentation and EMR skills Schedule Full-time hours; some flexibility depending on clinic and patient needs. Pay:
