Job Description

Bethel Family Health Center seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate with outstanding clinical and interpersonal skills to provide primary care to patients of all ages in family practice with integrated behavioral health services. You will have access to tools to support your work including an organizational membership in an evidence-based clinical decision support resource, access to a virtual platform for curbside consults with specialists, and support with the completion of visit documentation using an artificial intelligence platform. The selected candidate will offer medical care to area residents and visitors from birth through retirement and beyond. The practice has been a vital part of the community since 1979 and today 3,800 people from Andover, Bethel, Gilead, Greenwood, Hanover, Newry, Upton, Woodstock and beyond receive medical care each year. Bethel is ideally located in Western Maine adjacent to four-season recreational opportunities as well as winding rivers and spectacular views. The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary and benefits, malpractice coverage, pension plan with employer match, loan repayment opportunities. The salary range for this role is $112,800 to $146,000. In addition, employees may be eligible to earn up to $7,200 in incentive compensation based on individual quality performance, and a potential bonuses for visit volume and team quality outcomes. This range reflects the full scope of the position across multiple experience levels and pay is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
