Martin's Point Health Care is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established primary care practice in Brunswick, Maine. This opportunity offers something increasingly difficult to find in primary care: an established patient panel, flexibility in how you practice, multiple schedule options, and compensation that rewards both productivity and panel management. Compensation With Meaningful Upside Your earning potential is more than a base salary. Our compensation model includes opportunities to earn through wRVU productivity and patient-panel incentives , with total earning potential of approximately $159,000 .
