Job Description

We are seeking an experienced advanced practice provider (APP) with a background in geriatric care, physiatry, internal medicine, orthopedics, sports medicine, or neurology to lead our physiatry consultation service in a subacute rehabilitation setting. The role involves rounding on patients, managing medical barriers, documenting progress, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, including therapy staff, to support patient recovery. The APP will participate in weekly team meetings to address discharge barriers and patient progress.
