What You'll Do Deliver high-quality care to patients with acute and chronic conditions Promote wellness and preventive health Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams Perform in-office procedures, prescribe medications, and manage diagnostics Engage in quality initiatives and team development Respond to emergencies and support patient safety Maintain strict confidentiality in alignment with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability) guidelines and InterMed policies. What You Bring 2+ years of experience in an outpatient family practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required. Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (MSN
  • Master of Science in Nursing, DNP
  • Doctor of Nursing Practice) or Physician Assistant program (MPAS
  • Master of Physician Assistant Studies, MSPA
  • Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies, MHS
  • Master of Health Science (PA)) Active or pending, unencumbered licensure to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Maine Board Certification Active or pending DEA Certification in the state of Maine Active BLS certification Maintain continuing education appropriate for scope of practice and licensure Join a team that's redefining primary care in Maine.
