Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Westbrook, Maine urgent care team as the Lead Provider. If you thrive in a fast-paced urgent care setting, enjoy hands-on patient care, and are ready to step into a leadership role supporting fellow clinicians and clinical staff, this could be a great fit. What you'll do Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across the urgent care spectrum using evidence-based approaches for acute illnesses, injuries, and common medical conditions. Act as the clinical leader for the practice, setting and promoting consistent standards for quality and patient safety. Mentor, coach, and precept new-graduate FNPs and PAs while serving as a clinical resource for experienced providers and allied health staff. Support onboarding, ongoing education, and professional development for the team. Collaborate closely with physicians, APPs, nurses, and medical assistants to create an efficient, patient-focused urgent care environment.
