We're expanding our team of clinicians who deliver patient-centered primary care inside skilled nursing facilities across Bad Axe, Michigan. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule, no overnight or on-call duties, and the chance to work closely with physicians and facility staff to provide high-quality, evidence-based care.

NPs:

ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN; for

PAs:
