Job Description
Vascular Health Center, a leading vascular surgery practice in south west , Michigan, is currently seeking a certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our dynamic clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced vascular surgeons in a high-volume, specialized setting focused on delivering comprehensive vascular care. Position Overview The Nurse Practitioner will function as an advanced practice provider, performing a full range of clinical duties within the scope of their licensure to support patient care. The NP will work collaboratively with our physicians to ensure optimal clinical outcomes and provide continuity of care. Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments, histories, physicals, and follow-up evaluations Assist in office-based procedures and pre/post-operative care Collaborate with the surgical team to develop treatment plans Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and recovery Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system Participate in quality improvement initiatives and care coordination Preferred Experience Surgery experience is preferred NOT required , we welcome applications from newly certified NPs who have a strong interest in vascular medicine and a commitment to learning.
