- M-W or W-F, 8-hour shifts in clinic Alternating weekend on-call
- phone/callback, Friday night
- Sunday After-hours callback
- scheduling or directing to emergency services Patients of all ages
- primary, chronic, acute, and urgent care Occasional home visits as appropriately identified Emergency services and care experience strongly preferred Rural health center
