Locums About the Facility This outpatient community mental health clinic delivers psychiatric services to an adult population within a structured, community-based clinical environment. The facility supports continuity of care through scheduled psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management follow-up appointments. About the Facility Location Detroit offers a range of cultural and recreational attractions suited to diverse interests. Visitors may explore an urban downtown park, a maritime museum at Belle Isle Park, a zoo featuring over 270 species, and the Museum of Contemporary Art. The city also supports a theater scene anchored by the historic Fisher Theatre, along with riverfront activities, live comedy, and music venues. About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians in this role will provide part-time outpatient psychiatric services for an adult population, working day shifts from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, 3-4 days per week, totaling 32 hours per week on-site. Clinical responsibilities include conducting new psychiatric evaluations (60 minutes per initial evaluation) and providing follow-up medication management appointments (15 minutes per visit) for an adult patient population. A caseload of approximately 15 patients per day is anticipated. No call coverage is required for this assignment.
