(TBCHS) is looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team as a Float Primary Care Provider ! In this unique and rewarding role, you'll provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to patients of all ages while supporting our clinic teams across multiple locations. Whether you're helping cover a colleague's absence, stepping in during a busy time, or providing care where the need is greatest, you'll play an essential role in keeping our communities healthy. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages. Float between clinic locations to support providers and care teams as needed. ❤️ Assess, diagnose, treat, and help patients manage their overall health and wellness. Order and interpret diagnostic tests and develop individualized treatment plans. Evaluate and treat urgent and emergent medical conditions when necessary. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care. Help support and supervise advanced practice provider students. What We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program . Current, valid Michigan NP or PA-C license and DEA registration. BLS certification required at hire. A team-oriented, flexible provider who is comfortable working across different clinic locations.
