Job Description
Upper Great Lakes Family Health (UGLFH) is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Menominee, Michigan. Our clinic is designated a Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) that qualifies for federal loan repayment program. Competitive compensation and benefits with signing bonus and/or relocation potential. Must be licensed or eligible for license in the State of Michigan. DEA required.
