Practice within your licensure scope, uphold clinical and ethical standards, safeguard client confidentiality and maintain active licensure in the state of Michigan. Maintain consistent client availability to support continuity of care and communicate effectively with office administration and clinical staff. Experience Valid licensure as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with current certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or equivalent authority. Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations, including children, geriatrics, or individuals with developmental disabilities. Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Athenahealth for clinical documentation and scheduling. Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology, medication administration protocols, and drug enforcement regulations (DEA). Experience providing behavioral health services within inpatient or outpatient settings. Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation tools such as ICD-10 coding systems for accurate diagnosis documentation. Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments including vital signs, physical examinations, and mental health evaluations while adhering to HIPAA standards for patient privacy.
