Job Description Deliver comprehensive clinical care to critically ill neonates, including assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based management of complex conditionsCollaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plansPerform advanced clinical procedures and interventions within scope of NNP practiceMonitor patient progress, adjust treatment protocols, and communicate outcomes with families and care teamSupport quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence in neonatal careMaintain detailed clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards Qualifications 

Required:

Current Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) licensure in MichiganNational certification from ANCC, AANP, or NCCPACurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) certificationPreferred2-5 years of clinical experience in neonatal or perinatal care settings
