We're expanding our team that delivers compassionate, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities across Ovid, Michigan. If you're a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who enjoys working with older adults in a collaborative, team-based setting, we'd love to hear from you. Opportunities also available in Illinois, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, and Wisconsin. What the role looks like Full-time positions with flexible schedules to support work-life balance Typical facility shifts are six hours; rounds usually start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. No overnight shifts or on-call requirements You'll perform daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, and develop and prescribe treatment plans Documentation is streamlined with an EHR that includes AI scribe support and voice dictation; we provide an iPad with LTE Access to UpToDate® for point-of-care clinical guidance Compensation and benefits Competitive pay with an uncapped, productivity-based model that lets you exceed industry standards Up to $50,000 in long-term retention incentives Performance bonus opportunities Paid time off and 401(k) with employer match Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance (for eligible providers) CME allowance and reimbursement for licensure Company-provided iPad with LTE and a lab coat Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates What we're looking for Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license National board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA) Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care is preferred If you're driven to improve the health and quality of life for older adults and want to join a supportive team, this role could be a great fit.
