This position is part-time for 2-3 days a week. We are a multi-disciplinary practice that includes Cardiology, Preventive Cardiology, Internal Medicine/Primary Care, Vascular, and a full imaging facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical exams Diagnose and manage a wide range of adult medical conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results Provide preventive care and health education Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license National certification as an Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (AANP or ANCC) Experience in internal medicine or adult primary care (preferred) Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills Commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care
