Seeking a highly motivated, confident, and energetic provider. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to provide primary care services to patients of all ages. MyMichigan Family Medicine Birch Run is located at 9900 E. Birch Run Road. Responsibilities 100% outpatient, follow patients through all stages of life, newborn through geriatrics Own patient panel & Access provider Monday-Friday Acute, chronic, hospital follow-ups, ED follow ups, physicals, established patient visits, Medicare wellness Appropriately prescribing and managing medications and immunizations Minor procedures Rotating call schedule Certifications and Licensures AHA approved BLS Certification Active State of Michigan License or eligible to apply Required Education Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program Primary Care experience preferred; new graduates with primary care background will be considered Other Information Employment is contingent on successful completion of MyMichigan Health credentialing process.
