Job Description
Locums - A well respected medical center is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to assist with ICU capable hospitalist coverage in northern Michigan. Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Start ASAP for ongoing need 7on/7off schedule; days (7a-7p) or nights (7p-7a) Must have inpatient/ICU experience; no new grads Open ICU model Approx 2-4 admits per day; average daily census approx 22 Must be comfortable with ICU procedures including intubations, central lines, arterial lines, vent management, chest tubes, and paracentesis
