Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team. We are a private practice group specializing in interventional pain management as well as neurology. We are a compassionate group looking for a long term provider to grow with our team.
Duties:
  • Perform physical examinations and obtain medical histories
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as medical imaging and laboratory tests
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and infections
  • Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
  • Provide education and counseling to patients on preventive healthcare measures
  • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Use of EPIC.
  • Inpatient rounding in the hospital rotated with other providers as well as outpatient clinic.
Qualifications:
  • Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Michigan
  • Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in Family or Acute Care.

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
