THE ROLE

As a provider you will be the heartbeat of our patient experience and clinical workflows. You will work side-by-side with our clinical and admin staff to deliver seamless, effective care. Responsibilities Conduct physical exams and diagnostic tests for patients of all ages. Develop treatment plans for acute and chronic illnesses. Prescribe medications and coordinate referrals for specialty care. Collaborate on the development of innovative clinical workflows and care models. Provide clinical services for corporate health partners and community health initiatives.

Qualifications Licensure:

Valid Medical License to practice in the State of Minnesota (Required).

Certification:

Board Certified NP or PA with a current CPR certification.

Experience:

3-5 years in Family Medicine, Primary Care, or Urgent Care preferred.

Skills:

Strong "bedside manner" and a passion for healthcare innovation.

Tech:

Proficient with EMRs (experience with Athena is a significant plus).

Background:

No history of malpractice or disciplinary actions.
