Practice Setting and Scope You will practice in both the outpatient and inpatient settings, with the majority of time spent in our outpatient Gastroenterology Clinic. In addition, Gastroenterology Providers rotate through the inpatient service at St. Cloud Hospital, allowing you to experience the complete circle of patient care, from chronic disease management in the clinic, to acute inpatient care, and back to outpatient optimization focused on keeping patients well and out of the hospital. During hospital rotations, you will see new consultations and round on existing patients in partnership with the inpatient GI team.
