Fairview is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care practice at Fairview Roselawn Clinic . Roselawn is a conveniently located in a St. Paul neighborhood clinic on Sloan Place that offers comprehensive care for your entire family, through all stages of life. Join a welcoming, community-focused Family Medicine practice serving a diverse St. Paul population, including Karen, Hmong, immigrant and refugee families. Roselawn offers the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and generations of families while practicing broad-spectrum Family Medicine. Providers also benefit from the resources and specialty support of the M Health Fairview system, along with opportunities to participate in innovative community initiatives that address health equity and the unique needs of the patients we serve.

Openings:
1.0 FTE (Full Time)
- Flexible schedule 34 patient contact hours per week 12 provider primary care practice, including Advanced Practice Providers.
Patient encounters average 18-22 patients per day. Employer-paid Nabla AI clinical documentation support to reduce administrative burden and streamline charting. Fully integrated EPIC electronic medical record.

//www.exploreminnesota.com Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and formal nurse practitioner training program BC/BE through the AANP or ANCC Licensed or ability to obtain APRN license with the Minnesota Board of Nursing Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota RN licensure and Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber (APNP) certification through the Minnesota Board of Nursing Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges Preferred Qualifications 2+ Years of Nurse Practitioner experience
