Affiliated with St. Mary's Medical Center, St. Mary's Physician Care is actively seeking new members to join its award-winning team! St. Mary's Medical Center is seeking an experienced nurse practitioner to join the daytime hospitalist team to care for patients in an inpatient setting. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working as an advanced practice provider in the inpatient setting and be comfortable working autonomously. Responsibilities The Nurse Practitioner focuses on providing general care to patients of all ages, with utmost patience, care, compassion and understanding. Perform tasks within their scope of practice which may include conducting tests, recording medical histories, providing treatments, assisting physicians and enhancing public awareness on the importance of health, and prescribing medications.
