Job Description
Citizens Memorial Health Care Facility (CMHCF) is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to serve as the primary provider for residents in long-term nursing care. This is a weekday role and you will collaborate with our Geriatrician to provide exceptional care to the residents at CMHCF. You will provide care for one facility, which means you will develop meaningful relationships with your patients. You learn who sleeps late, whose son calls the nurses' station every Tuesday, and who prefers visits first thing in the morning or after a nap in the afternoon. About CMH CMH is an independent, not-for-profit health system serving eight counties in southwest Missouri, with more than 250 physicians and one of the largest long-term care operations in the region including six skilled nursing facilities. CMHCF holds a Silver Quality Award from the American Health Care Association and the National Center for Assisted Living. Provider retention here runs well above regional norms, which is usually the most honest thing a health system can tell you about itself. The Opportunity Full-time, Monday - Friday Days with flexibility.
