Job Description
YAM Medical Center is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who wants more than a traditional employee role. This is not just another hourly clinic position. We are looking for a provider who may be interested in helping grow a medical practice and potentially participating in a partnership, revenue-share, or future ownership-path structure. We are a growing outpatient integrated medical practice focused on compassionate, patient-centered care. Our services include medical management, musculoskeletal care, joint and trigger point injections, allergy testing, DME, laser therapy, regenerative medicine/PRP, wellness services, and related patient-care programs. This may be a strong fit if you are: A licensed NP or PA who enjoys patient care and wants to build something meaningful Interested in outpatient medical practice growth Comfortable with procedures or willing to learn Motivated by patient outcomes, professional growth, and financial upside Interested in a possible partnership or ownership-path conversation Reliable, ethical, coachable, and willing to help grow a clinic Looking for more than simply clocking in and out What we can offer: Existing clinic location, infrastructure, EMR, staff support, and patient base Opportunity to grow services and patient volume Support with onboarding, training, credentialing, and clinical workflow Flexible discussion around compensation structure Potential for collections-based compensation, partnership, or ownership-path structure for the right person A mission-driven environment focused on changing lives through compassionate and exceptional care What we are looking for: We are looking for someone who sees the opportunity in helping grow a practice.
