About Us Cape Family Health is a fast-growing, patient-centered medical practice serving the Cape Girardeau and Southeast Missouri community. We offer comprehensive care including primary care, urgent care, mental health services, chiropractic, hormone optimization, weight loss, and so much more. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our clinical team. This role is ideal for an FNP who values autonomy, high-quality care, and being part of a collaborative, growth-oriented clinic. You'll have the opportunity to practice full-scope family medicine while being supported by experienced staff and leadership that truly values providers. Responsibilities Provide high-quality primary and urgent care services to patients of all ages Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests Develop and manage treatment plans Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate Document accurately and efficiently in the EHR Collaborate with medical, mental health, and support staff Educate patients on preventive care and wellness Maintain compliance with clinical protocols and regulations Qualifications Current Missouri FNP license National FNP certification (AANP or ANCC) DEA license (or ability to obtain) preferred, but not required Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills Excellent communication and bedside manner Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team Primary care or urgent care experience preferred (new grads always welcome!)
