$130,000-$145,000 annually (flexible based on experience)

Eligible Job Summary We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a rural outpatient clinic setting. This position will assess, diagnose, and manage a variety of acute and chronic health conditions while caring for patients across all stages of life. The ideal candidate is a compassionate and adaptable provider who is comfortable working with diverse patient populations and collaborating across multiple healthcare specialties. Job Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and patient assessments. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions. Develop individualized treatment and care plans based on patient needs. Provide care to diverse patient populations, including pediatric and geriatric patients. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity and quality of care. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation using EMR/EHR systems. Utilize laboratory testing, medical imaging, sonography, and other diagnostic resources to support clinical decision-making. Ensure all patient care and documentation are completed in accordance with HIPAA and applicable healthcare standards. Qualifications Valid Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license and current certification from an accredited program. Experience providing comprehensive family or primary care. Strong proficiency with EMR/EHR systems. Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding standards. Ability to assess, diagnose, and manage both acute and chronic conditions. Ability to work with diverse patient populations, including children, seniors, individuals with developmental disabilities, and patients with dementia. Experience in areas such as geriatrics, behavioral health, gastroenterology, hospice and palliative care, infectious disease, occupational health, or memory care is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, strong clinical judgment, and a commitment to compassionate patient care.
