Esse Health is currently looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our Fenton Family Medicine office located at 714 Gravois Rd!Opportunity:
Part-time opening- 24 hours a week 3 days a week

- Friday) No nights, weekends, or holidays Prefer 3+ years experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Outpatient focused clinical practice Not benefit eligible
Day-to-Day:
Join a collaborative team and develop a 1:1 relationship with patients and clinical staff members Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physician partner Emphasize preventive care, wellness, and patient education Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record (NextGen) Coordinate care with specialists and other members of the healthcare team Participate in quality improvement and care coordination initiativesQualifications:
Master's Degree of Science in Nursing or Physician Assistant-Master's Degree Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure in Missouri (or eligibility) Certified Physician Assistant or Certified Nurse Practitioner (or eligibility) Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with physiciansWhat We Offer:
