Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our healthcare team in Moberly, Missouri. This role will focus on providing high-quality wound care and medical services in long-term care (LTC) and skilled nursing settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive wound care treatment and management Provide medical care in LTC and skilled nursing facilities Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation Conduct patient assessments, monitor progress, and adjust care plans as needed

Qualifications:

Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Missouri Experience in wound care, geriatrics, or long-term care settings is preferred Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Ability to work independently across multiple facility sites

Schedule:

Full-time Monday to Friday with occasional flexibility based on facility needs
