Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide convenient care services across diverse patient populations, including pediatrics, as well adult patients. Your expertise will support health promotion, disease prevention, acute illness management, obesity treatment and patient education. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a clinic setting. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives while advancing your clinical skills in a fast-paced environment. The ability to work independently and be a self-starter is a must. Responsibilities Conduct thorough physical examinations and health assessments for patients of all ages, utilizing your knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices in accordance with the clinic policies and state laws/regulations Manage acute conditions Perform diagnostic evaluations using Point of Care laboratory testing and specimen collection/processing techniques to inform clinical decisions. Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems such as eClinicalWorks to document patient encounters accurately while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Requirements Valid Family Nurse Practitioner certification with current Missouri licensure Proven clinical experience in diverse settings such as hospital medicine, emergency medicine, ICU (Intensive Care Unit), Urgent Care, Primary Care or Convenient Care. Familiarity with CPT coding and ICD coding (ICD-9/10). Excellent patient assessment skills combined with physiology knowledge for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Strong communication skills for teaching in outpatient clinics; ability to work collaboratively. Pay:

$120,000.00

•$143,000.00 per year
