Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking dedicated healthcare providers to deliver high-quality outpatient care during the peak flu season. This role focuses on high-volume patient care in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for recurring seasonal engagements year after year. Key Responsibilities Provide diagnostic, preventative, and routine care to 30-40 patients per day. Evaluate and treat seasonal illnesses, routine injuries, and primary care needs. Collaborate with clinic staff and management to maintain efficient patient flow. Document patient records accurately and promptly. Qualifications Active, unrestricted clinical license as a Medical Doctor (MD/DO), Physician Assistant (PA), or Nurse Practitioner (NP). Proven ability to manage high patient volumes effectively while maintaining quality care. Strong communication and patient-focused bedside manner. Work Schedule & Employment Type Temporary Seasonal Position (October through March) Full-Time (40 hours per week) on a rotating schedule. Flexible scheduling options are available, including weekday-only, weekend-only, or full rotation roles.
