We have a new client in Springfield, MO opening an onsite clinic, and we're looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner to lead the care there two days a week . It's an ideal fit if you're looking to scale back a full schedule, add a focused day to your week, or simply practice medicine the way you always wanted to: unhurried, relationship-driven, and close to the people you serve. You'll see the same patients over time, follow their progress, and genuinely move the needle on their health rather than treating them once and sending them on their way. Pay is competitive, and we'll do what we can to bring the right person on board. What you'll do Deliver comprehensive primary care: physical exams, health histories, and preventive screenings Diagnose and manage both acute concerns and chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and high cholesterol Order and interpret laboratory diagnostics onsite Prescribe medications, and dispense where appropriate, in line with Ohio regulations and evidence-based guidelines Coach and educate patients so they leave each visit understanding their health and their next step Document encounters accurately in our electronic health record What we're looking for Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Missouri Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program Strong, autonomous clinical judgment across assessment, diagnosis, and treatment Comfort interpreting common laboratory results A warm, patient-first manner (onsite care lives and dies on the trust you build) Why Archer Two days a week, built around your existing schedule The autonomy to practice at the top of your license The reward of longitudinal care: your patients, followed over time A growing company that genuinely backs its clinicians
