Job Description

Advanced Practice Provider - Primary Care The Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) provides comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan while serving as an essential member of a team-based care model . This position works collaboratively with physicians, nursing staff, medical assistants, care coordinators, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care that improves quality, access, and patient outcomes. The APP practices at the top of their license while contributing to shared clinical decision-making, preventive care, chronic disease management, and population health initiatives.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program. Current Missouri licensure (or eligible for licensure). Current DEA registration (or eligible). Current BLS certification. Previous primary care experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team environment. Strong communication, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making skills. Why Join Us?
