Join Our Team:
Esse Health is currently seeking a compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) for our Phoenix Family Medicine office located in Washington, MO.
Opportunity:
Full-time or part-time schedule is available! The office is open to hearing what type of schedule you are looking for.
Within regular business hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. No nights, weekends, or holidays Outpatient focused clinical practice Benefit eligibility dependent upon hours worked
Day-to-Day:
Join a collaborative team and develop a 1:1 relationship with patients and clinical staff members Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physician partner Emphasize preventive care, wellness, and patient education Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record (NextGen) Coordinate care with specialists and other members of the healthcare team Participate in quality improvement and care coordination initiatives
Qualifications:
Master's Degree of Science in Nursing or Physician Assistant-Master's Degree Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure in Missouri (or eligibility) Certified Physician Assistant or Certified Nurse Practitioner (or eligibility) Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with physicians
