Job Description

Job Description This position works Monday through Thursday, 7:00 pm to 7:00 am at the Memorial Biloxi location. The Clinical Nurse Practitioner renders medical care to patients within the clinical setting of the hospital and clinic office and is response for assessment of the patients and provides care for each identified patient. The Nurse Practitioner provides patient care services as allowed by scope of practice and Memorial Medical Staff bylaws.
Education :
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Successful completion of a Master's Degree in nursing program with NP focus.
Licensure:
Current license to practice as a professional Nurse Practitioner in Mississippi. Current NP Certification.
Experience :
Two (2) years of clinical experience as a staff Registered Nurse (RN)
Skills :
Problem solving for patients with complicated disorders Instructing using adult learning methods Oral and written communication Good judgment and quick decision-making ability Excellent interpersonal skills while understanding the needs for a positive patient experience
