Dermatology Nurse Practitioner Job Title:

Dermatology Full Time/PRN:
Full Time Job Summary Manages dermatologic care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up; orders/interprets tests; prescribes therapy; documents in EMR; collaborates with multidisciplinary teams. Minimum Qualifications Graduate of accredited NP program; current licensure;
BLS/ACLS
(PALS as required). Preferred Qualifications 2+ years NP experience; EMR experience; specialty certification. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform histories/physicals; order/interpret tests. Prescribe treatments and procedures. Educate patients/families; maintain EMR. Collaborate and coordinate care; precept students. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods. Frequent bending, reaching, squatting, and kneeling. Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs independently; >50 lbs with assistance/devices. Assist with patient repositioning and transfers using proper body mechanics and equipment. Manual dexterity for clinical procedures and computer use; adequate vision, hearing, and speech. All candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of this position.
