Collaborative, supportive inpatient hospital medicine setting Core Responsibilities Provide high-quality inpatient care and clinical management for hospitalized patients. Perform comprehensive clinical evaluations, daily rounding, admissions, and discharge planning. Collaborate closely with attending hospitalist physicians, nursing staff, and medical specialists. Maintain timely and accurate electronic medical record (EMR) documentation.
Qualifications Licensure:
Active Mississippi NP or PA license (or immediate eligibility to obtain).
Certification:
Board Certification as an APP (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA).
Experience:
Inpatient or acute care experience preferred.
Skills:
Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented hospital setting.
