Key Responsibilities:
Assess and diagnose patients. Develop and manage treatment plans. Prescribe medications as permitted by state regulations. Provide preventive and chronic disease care. Educate patients on health and wellness. Maintain accurate medical records. Coordinate care with other healthcare providers.
Qualifications:
APRN/NP license, relevant certification, and experience in primary care preferred. CA02
Pay:
